Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, customer service, operations, or management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Run salon operations with the Store Manager.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Deliver customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep salon clean, stocked, and compliant with health standards.
• Grow sales while controlling labor and costs.
• Partner with Store Manager on promotions and growth.
• Handle cash, deposits, and PCI data securely.
