Massage Envy in Stuart & Palm City, FL seeks a Wellness Sales Manager to drive membership growth and sales execution across two busy clinics. You will close deals, coach staff, and stay accountable for results, dashboards, and guest experience.

This is a high-performance leadership role where leaders are expected to work on the floor and inspire the team to exceed targets. The base pay is $25/hour with aggressive commissions and incentives, rewarding strong performers and accountability.

We are hiring a Sales Manager who knows how to close, coach, and drive results. If you thrive on numbers, accountability, and winning—and you expect your team to perform—this role is for you.

You will be directly responsible for membership growth, sales execution, and front desk performance across two busy Massage Envy locations. This is a leadership position for someone who understands that strong sales = strong clinics.

What You Will Own

• Membership sales growth and conversion performance
• Front desk sales execution, accountability, and coaching
• Daily focus on closing, objections, and follow-up
• Sales training for new hires and underperforming team members
• Monitoring KPIs: conversion, cancellations, retention, and revenue impact
• Maintaining high standards for guest experience while driving results
• Stepping in on the floor during peak hours to lead by example

Compensation

• $25/hour base pay
