Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands is seeking an Area Manager to oversee two Massage Envy clinics in Port Saint Lucie & Jupiter or Coral Springs & Weston. This full-time exempt leadership role focuses on growth, staff development, and exceptional customer experiences.

You will hire and mentor General Managers, drive sales and KPI performance, ensure profitability, and manage payroll, scheduling, and compliance while staying connected to the business with 20 hours/week at the front desk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience, multi-unit or GM preferred.
• Strong sales management and team accountability skills.
• Ability to drive performance while maintaining a positive culture.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Full operational oversight of two clinics.
• Direct leadership and development of General Managers.
• Sales growth, KPI performance, and profitability.
• Hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• Customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Payroll approval, scheduling oversight, and operational compliance.
