Job summary

Massage Envy Rockville is seeking a Wellness Consultant to drive client solutions through empathy, product knowledge, and enthusiastic service.

You will greet clients, schedule visits, recommend services and products, maintain records, and collaborate with a supportive team to reach monthly sales goals while working evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in wellness space preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Knowledge of scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
• Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries.
• Recommend and sell services, enhancements, and home maintenance products based on client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up with clients as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
