Job summary

Stretch Zone in Memphis, TN seeks a Lead Sales Associate to develop the sales team while helping members feel better, move better, and live better. You will provide leadership, coaching, and hands-on support in daily studio operations.

You will onboard new Associates, review performance, and drive a culture of growth and excellent member service, backed by training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure everything is clean and ready for the first members, review day’s goals with the team.
• Coaching and supporting the team, monitoring performance, and solving problems as needed.
• Onboard new Sales Associates and provide training and guidance from day one.
• Lead by example and manage studio operations when the Studio Manager is off-site.
• Close the studio at end of day and prepare for a strong tomorrow.
