Massage Envy Burlington - NC is hiring team members who welcome guests and contribute to a wellness journey. You will present the value of Total Body Care, help clients book services, and promote homecare retail as recommended by service providers.

Qualifications

• Have prior retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program, book future appointments, and encourage retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, and responding to emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
