Massage Envy in Raleigh is seeking team members who are passionate about helping guests feel their best through Total Body Care. You will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on services and the Wellness Program, and book appointments while promoting homecare retail purchases.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent); retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and wellness program; book future services and retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, respond to questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
