• Great people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program while promoting add-on retail.
• Book and schedule services; answer calls and emails; manage clinic flow.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
