Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services supports candidate fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and products and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
• Book services, answer calls, respond to emails, and support clinic flow.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
