This role focuses on leading sales and providing excellent customer service to clients while promoting the Elements Wellness Program. Candidates should have retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to create outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred for selling memberships.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa-like environment.
• Ability to utilize modern office tools for scheduling and payments.

Responsibilities

• Inform visitors about the Elements Wellness Program benefits.
• Enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program using a proven sales process.
• Represent a face of hospitality whether on the phone or in the studio.
• Ensure accuracy in client appointment paperwork and payment process.
• Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to enhance client experience.
