Job summary

WellBiz Brands, Inc. is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates to join Elements Massage in Boca Raton. You will guide clients through the Elements Wellness Program and help them choose memberships in a friendly, spa‑like atmosphere.

Prior retail sales and customer service experience is preferred. You will follow a proven sales process, listen carefully to clients, and turn feedback into exceptional service while earning bonuses and a monthly massage perk.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa-like environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
