Elements Massage Ridgefield is seeking a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage and facial experience for every client who walks in. You will inform clients about the Wellness Program, enroll members, and be the welcoming voice both in-studio and on the phone.

The role emphasizes listening, hospitality, and teamwork with therapists and staff to ensure clients feel valued and cared for during every visit.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 15/hr per week including nights and/or weekend shifts.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer service in a spa-like environment is preferred; hospitality and execution emphasized.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and scheduling/payments software.

Responsabilités

• Inform clients about the Elements Massage Wellness Program and its benefits.
• Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Wellness Program.
• Be the first and final face of hospitality, on the phone or in-studio.
• Ensure client paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Collaborate with Manager, Massage Therapists and Estheticians to center clients in the experience.

Elements Massage Ridgefield is looking for a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage and facial experience for all the clients every time they enter the studio.

• Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan
• Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program
• Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio
• Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate
• Working as a team with our Manager, Massage Therapists and Estheticians to create an environment where clients are the center of the world

Benefits:

• Pay starts at $20/hour depending on experience

Skills:

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Massage Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and perspective clients.
• The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
