Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience using POS systems and keeping patient accounts current.
• Strong phone and computer skills are essential.
• Able to educate patients on wellness offerings and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and patients.
• Primary goal is gaining memberships to meet sales targets (bonus potential).
• Greet members and patients, check in, and assist the chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Support team goals and maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workspace.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
