Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Wellness Coordinator in a full-time role. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 8:30am–6:00pm and Saturdays 8:30am–3:00pm.

The role focuses on selling memberships, greeting patients, and guiding them through the clinic experience. We are seeking motivated individuals with at least one year of sales experience, strong phone and computer skills, and the ability to educate patients about wellness services while maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience.
• Proficient with phones and computers.
• Able to operate POS software and keep patient accounts accurate.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and patients; check them in to see the chiropractor.
• Drive memberships to meet sales goals.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workspace.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
