Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to support patient engagement and drive membership sales in a fast-paced clinic environment. You will greet patients, process check-ins, and educate on wellness offerings while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Strong phone and computer skills.
Ability to complete transactions using POS software.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent services to members and patients.
Primary goal is to gain memberships to meet sales targets.
Greet members and patients and check them in to see the Chiropractor.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist inquiries.
Re-engage inactive members and promote memberships.
Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workspace.
Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies.
Uphold the company core values of trust, integrity, excellence, respect and accountability.
