Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our network of clinics. You will drive memberships, greet patients, process transactions, and deliver excellent customer service in a busy retail-health setting.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of sales experience and strong customer-service orientation.
Proficiency with phones and computers; ability to use POS software.
Ability to educate patients on wellness offerings and memberships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced clinic environment.
Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in marketing/sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Greet and check-in members and patients; promote memberships.
Present and sell memberships and visit packages; meet sales goals. *BONUS POTENTIAL*
Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workflow.
Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
Support team goals and positive relationships among staff.
