Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join its fast-paced clinics. You will greet patients, educate them on memberships, and strive to meet sales goals while delivering excellent service in a friendly, supportive team environment.

This role requires at least one year of sales experience, strong phone and computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic. Training is provided, with an emphasis on helping patients achieve wellness and continued care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a sales-oriented role.
• Experience completing transactions using POS software and keeping accounts current.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and patients.
• Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients, check in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization.
• Manage member concerns and follow management direction.
• Stand or sit for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
