Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Comfortable presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients, checking in for appointments.
• Answering phone calls and re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with members and team members.
• Support marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients.
