Responsibilities

• Greet members and patients professionally.
• Manage check-in/check-out using clinic systems.
• Maintain smooth patient flow for new and established visits.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding and forms for patients.
• Ensure interactions reflect high service standards.
• Present and sell Wellness Plans, packages, and promotions.
• Educate on benefits of chiropractic care and ongoing wellness.
• Support retention and re-engage inactive members.
• Meet or exceed individual and clinic sales goals.
• Apply promotions accurately and comply with policies.
• Maintain product and promotion knowledge.
• Perform daily operational tasks (transactions, account management).
• Monitor inventory and ordering; maintain Digital Blue Book accuracy.
• Keep clinic clean, organized, and compliant with standards.
• Communicate patient concerns to leadership.
• Support clinic and regional goals through teamwork.
