Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our fast-paced clinics. This role focuses on growing memberships and delivering world-class service to our patients in a friendly, energetic environment.

Part-time Saturdays and Sundays 10 am–4 pm, plus one additional weekday. Compensation is $14 per hour with bonus potential; ideal for self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals with strong customer service and sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to educate patients on wellness offerings.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greeting and checking in members/patients.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and workspace.
• Presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns.
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Accepting constructive criticism.
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
