Restore Hyper Wellness in Willistown Township, PA seeks a Hyper Wellness Representative to deliver high-quality customer experiences and educate clients on therapies. You will connect client needs with Restore's offerings and help build lasting wellness journeys.

You’ll drive member sales, lead studio tours, and support daily operations in a fast-paced wellness environment. A background in customer service and sales is preferred; growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service experience required.
• 1+ year in sales experience required.
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours and deliver personalized sales experiences.
• Educate clients on therapies, safety guidelines, and at-home care.
• Develop customized wellness plans and drive membership sales.
• Onboard clients, manage waivers, and handle scheduling and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
