Job summary
Canyon Ranch Austin is seeking a retail associate to welcome guests, assist with product selections, and drive sales across wellness destination experiences. You will stock displays, manage transactions, and maintain a clean, engaging store environment, contributing to a high-level guest journey at our Texas Hill Country location.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years in retail or guest-focused environment.
- Strong guest service and professional demeanor.
- Accurate cash handling and attention to detail.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stay active.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism and guide them through the shopping experience.
- Assist guests in selecting products and make recommendations.
- Drive retail sales by promoting products and suggesting complementary items.
- Process transactions accurately following cash handling procedures.
- Stock merchandise, replenish displays and maintain presentation standards.
- Support inventory and daily retail operations while delivering exceptional guest service.
