Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or administrative support.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or specialized training in hospitality is preferred.
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and directions.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel spa, fitness, wellness, salon, and recreational services.
• Manage guest arrivals by assigning lockers and providing facility information.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate appointments with departments.
• Process guest charges accurately while maintaining detailed records and supporting daily operations.
• Support spa operations by issuing equipment, managing lost and found, and communicating guest requests and maintenance needs.
