Job summary

Canyon Ranch Austin, a wellness hospitality destination in the Texas Hill Country, seeks a friendly retail colleague. You’ll welcome guests, recommend products, and help drive sales with knowledge and a guest-first approach.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking displays, and maintaining an inviting shop environment while supporting inventory and guest services across shifts. Availability Sundays, Mondays, and weekday mornings is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related guest-focused environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate accurate cash handling skills and attention to detail when processing transactions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment by multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Be comfortable with a flexible schedule and learning new systems.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and staying active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, guiding their shopping experience from arrival through purchase.
• Assist guests in selecting products with recommendations and product knowledge.
• Drive retail sales by actively promoting products and suggesting complementary items.
• Process retail transactions accurately following cash handling and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail environment with stock replenishment and presentation standards.
• Support inventory counts and floor operations while delivering exceptional guest service.
