Miraval Berkshires is seeking a Reservations Experience Planner to manage end-to-end experience planning and reservations, delivering personalized, seamless service. You will build trusted relationships, understand guest preferences, and coordinate all details with precision to create memorable wellbeing experiences.

The role requires collaboration across departments, exceptional communication, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Deliver superior experience planning for guests of all three Miraval Resorts.
• Make authentic connections with Miraval guests on the phone, via email and chat.
• Attain proficiency in the Miraval catalog of experiences.
• Work independently using resources provided.
• Attend training classes to stay current on Miraval procedures, services and offerings.
