Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-end sales and customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or call-center settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for guests and agents.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff and deliver training material.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations processes to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee remote team agreements and coordinate with brand practices.
• Coach and develop staff, provide timely feedback and action plans.
• Collaborate with Revenue Manager to align staffing with budget and goals.
• Ensure prompt, professional reservation handling and email responses.
