Job summary

Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa is seeking a Reservations Experience Planner to oversee end-to-end experience planning and reservations, delivering personalized, seamless guest service. Build relationships with clients, understand preferences, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance wellbeing and the guest experience.

You’ll work with a team across departments, attend training, and maintain a high standard of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior experience planning for guests of all Miraval Resorts.
• Make authentic connections with Miraval guests on phone, email and chat.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication.
• Attain proficiency in Miraval experiences catalog.
• Work independently using provided resources.
• Attend training to stay current on Miraval procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
