Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa in Lenox, MA is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager to oversee the front office team, manage cash handling, staffing, and guest services. The position will work alongside the Guest Experience leadership to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting with short- and long-term planning, training, scheduling, and coaching staff to Miraval service standards.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• One year front office supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front office operations and staff.
• Assist Guest Experience Manager with planning and staffing needs.
• Handle daily operations of the front office team as needed.
• Ensure cash handling adheres to policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with housekeeping to coordinate guest services.
• Train staff and ensure service standards are met.
• Coach employees to reflect Miraval service standards.
