Job summary

The University of Texas System Administration seeks an experienced Wellness Program Administrator to support system-wide employee health initiatives across UT institutions. The role focuses on program design, data analysis, and cross-institution collaboration to align with strategic goals.

You will develop content, liaise with vendors and plan members, and assist in RFP development while ensuring HIPAA compliance and effective communication. Evening or weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Three years of experience with organization-level wellness plan creation or implementation.
• Experience with HIPAA and health information privacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement system-wide services to accomplish program goals and collaborate with institutions to assist in reaching common goals.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to increase health plan awareness among member populations, including education materials, publications, and wellness website management.
• Provide support for institution wellness programs and ensure program alignment.
• Support the development and evaluation of RFPs, incorporating plan analysis, legislation, benchmarks, and participant input.
• Participate in system-wide wellness activities and engagement events.
