Job summary

The University of Texas at Arlington seeks a Benefits & Wellness Coordinator to coordinate benefits, retirement, and wellness eligibility, programs, events, and services for staff and faculty in Arlington. You will raise awareness of employee benefits and wellness, assist with questions, and ensure policy compliance with UT System rules.

Responsibilities include processing eligibility using Benefitfocus, PeopleSoft, ACA, and Limeade; developing communications and promotional materials; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Health or related field.
• Three or more years of employee benefits/retirement administration, workplace wellness, health program planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate benefits, retirement events, programs, and services such as health screenings, benefits and wellness fairs, webinars, and workshops.
• Advise and provide benefits/wellness information to employees and resolve inquiries.
• Process eligibility activities in Benefitfocus, PeopleSoft, ACA and Limeade systems.
• Create communications and promotional materials for benefits, retirement and wellness events.
• Develop metrics and reports to evaluate wellness programs and initiatives.
