Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Florida to help clients experience wellness through our monthly wellness program. You will listen to clients, present memberships, and deliver friendly, attentive service in a spa-like environment.

The role emphasizes listening skills, relationship-building, and following a proven sales process to achieve client satisfaction and loyalty. Training is provided; bonuses apply based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa-like environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
