Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to grow patient base and referrals.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective patients and guide onboarding process.
• Build relationships with providers, partners, and patient liaisons to expand referrals.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies including community events and networking.
• Track leads, referrals, outreach activities, and conversion metrics in CRM.
