Qualifications

• Active California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
• 5+ years PA/NP experience.
• 3+ years direct client care in functional medicine.
• Knowledge of progressive treatments/therapies.
• IFM certification preferred.
• Maintain discretion and patient privacy.
• Excellent communication and ability to interpret patient needs; strong follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Review/interpret diagnostics and make written recommendations.
• Collaborate with referring/outside providers to support clients.
• Support admin staff with patient inquiries and medication refills.
• Report labs, imaging, consult notes and other medical information.
• Assist in research and other client care needs.
• Perform in-clinic treatments; provide in-home services if needed.

Leading concierge, preventive medicine practice located in Santa Monica is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is interested or well versed in functional and longevity medicine for a clinical support role.

We are a well-respected concierge longevity medicine clinic with a patient-centered philosophy focused on providing expert care. We are a strong team and looking for a capable, experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established, prestigious practice. This is a collaborative role wherein you will be working side by side the providers to support a group of clients.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Seeking a seasoned, presentable Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who has substantial experience in a high-end, private practice setting with experience in direct patient care, clinical procedures, care coordination, follow up and managing internal medicine issues. This is a collaborative role on a team with physicians. You will not have your own clients to see.

CLINICAL

• Examine clients and handle acute issues
• Telemedicine for other issues as needed
• Perform IV treatments, blood draws and other injection therapies on office: ozone, Ketamine, etc
• Follow up on and coordinate patient care inside and outside of our office
• Review and approve medications, provide summary client data and chart reviews to support physicians and clients
• Review and interpret diagnostics and make written recommendations for clients
• Work with referring providers and outside providers to support clients
• Advise and support administrative staff in fielding patient inquiries and medication refills
• Reporting labs, imaging, consult notes and other medical information
• Support providers in clinical/treatment research and other client care needs
• Perform various in clinic treatments
• Ability to treat provide in-home service to clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active CA Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• 5+ years PA/NP experience
• 3+ years direct client care functional medicine experience
• Knowledge and experience with progressive treatments/therapies
• IFM certification preferred
• Maintain the highest regard for discretion and patient privacy
• Must have excellent communication, ability to interpret/understand patient’s needs, strong follow up
