Qualifications

• DC degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
• Current, active California license or eligibility.
• Competency in examination, assessment, treatment planning, adjusting, and clinical documentation.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Build or grow a patient base within an established Monarch Bay clinical setting.
• Collaborate with Dr. Scott and clinical staff.
• Educate patients about treatment plans, home care, supplements, and cash-pay services when clinically relevant.
• Participate in patient education and cross-referral initiatives.
