Job summary

Charles W Moniak, MD, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for a busy Newport Beach OB/GYN office. The role combines medical billing, surgery scheduling, and front desk coordination, including greeting patients and answering phones.

The successful candidate will multitask and maintain a welcoming, patient-focused environment while cross-training across all business areas. Prior medical billing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle Medical Billing and Surgery Scheduling.
• Perform front office duties: greet patients, answer phones.

• Discuss financial information with patients confidently.
• Maintain detail orientation by verifying patient and insurance data.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
• Coordinate with patients in office and over the phone, including follow-up.
