Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to grow patient base and referral network.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective patients, educating them about services and guiding onboarding.
• Build relationships with providers and partners to expand referrals and brand awareness.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies including events, networking, and presentations.
• Collaborate with staff to align business development with practice goals and patient care standards.
• Track and report on business development metrics and CRM activity.
• Represent the practice at industry events and community engagements.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and growth projects.
