You will manage inventory, coordinate promotions, coach staff, and partner with buyers to optimize assortment and sales, scheduling, and performance reviews. This role requires leadership, reliability, weekend availability, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 1 year of vitamin/holistic experience and leadership.
• Knowledge of natural foods trends and product categories.
• Experience serving the public and handling multiple demands.
• Able to market Wellness products and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work one weekend day and maintain regular attendance.
• Learn and adapt to changing job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable customer guidance on supplements and related items.
• Order products and manage inventory; oversee sales and promotions.
• Collaborate with buyers to plan inventory based on sales data and trends.
• Coach team members and conduct performance reviews; participate in meetings.
• Schedule staff to meet customer needs and maintain service standards.
• Communicate policies and product knowledge to the team; act as MOD as needed.
