Plum Market is seeking a Vitamins & Supplements Manager to lead the department, overseeing vitamins, body care, tea, baby products, and general merchandise. You will drive inventory, merchandising, and purchasing to ensure stock, profitability, and excellent Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months buying experience for store-level departments.
• Strong leadership skills to guide a diverse team.
• Experience managing inventory levels and merchandising strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction, planning, and performance of the Vitamins & Supplements department.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach Team Members to build knowledge and customer service.
• Drive sales through merchandising, signage, endcaps, and promotional displays across Apothecary categories.
• Collaborate with buyers and staff to place orders, track vendor performance, and maintain inventory counts.
• Analyze sales and margin data to forecast needs and optimize profitability.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, labeling, and Plum Market policies compliance.
• Partner with Store Leadership and Support Groups on promotions and new programs.
• Ensure the department is clean, organized, and ready for business from open to close.
