Job summary

Hines is seeking a Wellness Assistant to manage member files, outreach, and education, supporting Healthy Tomorrows by Hines accounts and assisting the wellness program manager. This full-time, in-office role has a planned transition to a hybrid schedule after orientation, with well-rounded administrative duties and a focus on excellent customer service.

The position offers competitive compensation (18–20 USD hourly) plus medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401(k) match, and generous paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Healthcare or wellness experience preferred, but open to learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with wellness program staff to support participant success.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Assist onboarding new patients and program participants.
• Support chronic condition management programs through outreach.
• Assist with web and app initiatives of wellness programs.
