Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of care standards, regulations, and medication rules.
• Experience reading/writing English with residents and teams.

Responsibilities

• In absence of department heads, lead the Wellness team and be active on the floor.
• Assist with call lights and urgent resident requests with urgency.
• Document resident assessments and medical records accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain compassionate, professional care and resident safety.
