Arrow Senior Living in Westlake, OH is seeking a part-time Wellness Nurse Manager to lead the on-site nursing team and ensure high‑quality, resident‑centered care. You will provide direct hands‑on nursing, administer medications, and uphold state regulations and care standards.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN or RN license, is able to perform shift duties, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Direct hands‑on nursing care, including medication passes.
• Thorough knowledge of care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of medication regulation and law.
• Experience with memory‑impaired residents preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct (hands‑on) nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Lead and supervise the Wellness team and floor operations.
• Document resident assessments and medical records accurately.
• Ensure professional, compassionate care and resident safety.
