Qualifications

• Must have current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Provide direct (hands-on) nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of current medication regulations and law.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude focused on resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and perform medication passes as required.
• Lead and support the Wellness team; act as building supervisor when needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and dispatch internal documents efficiently.
• Ensure care is resident-centered, safe, and compliant with policies and regulations.
