Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Hudson, Ohio is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager (PRN) to lead the Wellness team and coordinate resident care with a strong focus on quality of life. You will supervise on the floor, ensure timely response to call lights, and support multiple departments in delivering person-centered care.

The role requires an active nursing license in good standing (LPN/RN), knowledge of care standards, and comfort with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Thorough knowledge of care standards and regulations
• Knowledge of medication regulation and law
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred but not required
• Experience with EMR preferred but not required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the building in the absence of department heads
• Lead the Wellness team and assist other departments to ensure timely, person-centered care
• Assist with call lights and resident requests, showing urgency to meet needs
• Accurately document resident assessments and medical records
• Maintain compassionate, professional interactions ensuring residents feel safe and cared for
