Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager for night shifts (6pm-6am) at Vitalia Montrose in Copley, OH. The role blends on-site leadership with hands-on nursing to support residents' comfort and safety.

You will supervise the wellness team, respond to call lights, perform resident assessments, document medical records, and ensure care plans meet current standards and regulations. This part-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to advance within

Qualifications

• current LPN or RN license in good standing within state of employment.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Working knowledge of care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of medication regulation and law.
• Knowledge of care/supervision requirements for residents.
• Memory-impaired resident care experience preferred but not required.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active role: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers.
• Assist residents with sitting/standing/walking and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wellness team and act as on-site lead in absence of department heads.
• Assist with call lights, resident requests, and demonstrate urgency prioritizing residents.
• Document resident assessments and medical records accurately.
• Provide professional, compassionate care aligned with Arrow core values.
