Vitalia Mentor in Mentor, OH is seeking a part-time Wellness Nurse Manager. Lead the Wellness team, supervise in the absence of department heads, and ensure person-centered care with a resident-first approach.

You will provide hands-on nursing care, including med passes, and maintain current standards and EMR documentation. A licensed nurse with strong leadership and communication skills is required.

Qualifications

• Must have current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Strong knowledge of care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of medication regulation and law; supervision appropriate to residents.

Responsibilities

• Act as Superior Supervisor, leading the Wellness team and coordinating care with other departments.
• Be on floor presence to assist with call lights and resident needs with urgency.
• Document resident assessments and medical records accurately and efficiently.
• Provide compassionate, professional care that keeps residents safe and respected.
