Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager for Vitalia Westlake in Westlake, OH. This part-time 7pm-7am role pays $32–$39 per hour and requires RN or LPN licensure in good standing.

You will lead the Wellness team, deliver direct nursing care, and ensure resident-centered care with strong regulatory knowledge. Ideal candidates are energetic, with the ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform two-person transfers.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Provide direct nursing care and medication passes.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of medication regulation and law.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.
• Willingness to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform two-person transfers.
• Criminal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wellness team and supervise during shifts.
• Ensure resident-centered care and quick response to calls.
• Document resident assessments and medical records.
• Assist residents after falls and provide personal care.
