Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support resident care and medication administration with compassion and respect for dignity. You will follow physician orders, adhere to the Six rights of medication administration, and use the eMAR system to document care.

As a Wellness Nurse, you will supervise non-licensed team members, coordinate with clinical leadership, and provide direct resident care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn the eMAR system.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow the resident MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Follow the Six rights of medication administration and Bickford policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on medication and care.
