Sunlighten, the global leader in infrared sauna therapy, is hiring Inside Sales Representatives in the Kansas City area to join a dynamic growth team. You will close deals, nurture prospects, and drive revenue by connecting with customers about wellness solutions.

You’ll use Salesforce to manage leads and opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet enterprise sales goals in a fast-paced environment. This role is on-site with three days per week in the Sunlighten HQ.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of telephone sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field; HS Diploma + experience considered.
• 1+ year of Salesforce experience; highly tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Empathize with customers and discuss health goals related to Sunlighten infrared saunas.
• Explain benefits of Sunlighten technology and earn customer trust.
• Capitalize on hot leads across multiple marketing channels with urgency.
• Initiate reach-back calls to re-engage interested leads.
• Generate new leads through proactive dialing and outreach.
• Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, opportunities, and activities.
• Process orders, prepare contracts, and ensure accurate fulfillment.
