Sunlighten, a leader in infrared sauna therapy, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Kansas City HQ. The role focuses on turning warm leads into customers, leveraging Salesforce to manage pipelines, and coordinating with internal teams to finalize orders.

Local candidates will commute to the office 3 days a week. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of telephone sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of telephone sales experience.
• Extremely tech savvy with Salesforce experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Empower customers by discussing health goals and Sunlighten’s infrared technology.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and orders.
• Close deals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing.
• Proactively follow up with hot leads and re-engage past prospects.
• Maintain high activity across multiple channels to maximize sales opportunities.
