Job summary

Sunlighten is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Kansas City team. You will engage prospects, explain the benefits of infrared sauna technology, and drive sales through multiple channels from our HQ.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of telephone sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and be tech-savvy with Salesforce. Local applicants ready to work 3 days a week at Sunlighten HQ are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of telephone sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• 1+ year of Salesforce experience + extremely tech savvy.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Local to the Kansas City metro area and willing to work at Sunlighten HQ 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Empathize with customers and discuss health goals related to Sunlighten’s infrared saunas.
• Explain benefits of Sunlighten technology to earn customer business.
• Capitalize on hot leads across multiple marketing channels with urgency.
• Initiate reach-back calls to re-engage with previously interested leads.
• Manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce and close deals.
